Fascial Pelvic Floor

Close your eyes and imagine a car coming at you at 75 MPH and there is no way out . . .now feel into where your body braces as you anticipate such an impact; Your Jaw? Your Fists? Your Shoulders? Your Pelvic Floor?

Maybe you have headaches, maybe you have shoulder pain . . . Maybe your symptoms are coming from some place you never could have imagined.

The intricate canopy pelvic floor that holds up our entire being is enmeshed in that same guide wire network we call the fascial system. When this canopy is compromised it can create a variety of symptoms throughout the whole body.

Women often believe that the symptoms that accompany their cycle throughout the stages of life are "just part of being a woman." Menstruation does not have to be severely symptomatic. Menopause does not have to include hot flashes, fatigue, sleeplessness, night sweats, and mood swings. Urinary urgency is not a natural sign of aging. Child birth can be natural and free of intervention.

Kelly has been trained in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release to address restrictions within the pelvic floor and successfully decreasing and eliminating symptoms within the close proximity; bowel and bladder urgency and frequency, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, infertility, uterine and ovarian fibroids, coccyx injuries, menstruation complications, preparation for a healthy child birth, and numerous other restrictions and symptoms not directly in the pelvic floor i.e. headaches, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and TMJ.

P.S. MEN have a pelvic floor too.
